About
Why?
We love helping things grow, businesses mostly but people and careers too. Some people get a kick out of tending a garden, we love seeing a team or a whole organisation flourish, with a sharper focus on strategy and competition, a refreshed business model or an exciting new market.
Working with businesses though, is really working with people. People are what make a business successful. People with courage, ambition, vision and at least a dash of humility, to be open to learning and professional growth, make our work enormously satisfying.
Growth is the challenge at which Dynamic Strategies excels and finding new ways to compete and do business, is our signature.
What?
Dynamic Strategies engages as the circumstance and the assignment requires. The two main service types are Projects and Advisory.
Projects
Dynamic Strategies staff and associates can join teams as experts but they more commonly deploy as a tight and focused team, where Grant brings together the best associates for a particular challenge.
Advisory
Examples of these different types of engagement are on our Services page.
